ProWin 2000 has been updated since its launch in Dec 99 by expanding its flexibility to handle the preperatory machines. The System now acquires data from all kinds of Modern Preperatory machines. This extends the Production Management Functionality to cover the entire process from Blowroom to RingFrames.

Applied SAFE is a system for continuously monitoring the working of specified critical equipment inside any factory, and notifying the concerned maintenance personnel immediately on any failures.
Different types of equipments can be monitored for failure conditions, and in case of failures SMS will be sent to the concerned mobile phone number. In addition locally at the factory, an Alarm Lamp will turn ON (or Hooter will sound) notifying the failure at site as well.
The system consists of a Central PLC and Operator Panel, interfaced to the local cellular network thru a GSM Modem. The inputs from the connected equipment are connected to the PLC input modules. The failure conditions, the message text to be sent, and the cell phone numbers of the concerned personnel to which the SMS has to be sent, all can be defined thru’ the Operator Panel.
